Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator of SayAll. They apply when you access sayall.ai, use Guest access, create an account, use AI chat, purchase Credits, or use related services. By using SayAll, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SayAll is lawful where you live.

3. The service

SayAll provides browser-based AI text chat with Guest and registered-account access. Features, providers, Credit costs, limits, and availability may change. “Uncensored,” “unfiltered,” and “unrestricted” describe a broader conversational range; they do not promise that every prompt will be answered or that the service has no legal, safety, provider, or technical limits.

4. Guest access and accounts

You may use eligible Guest access without registering. You are responsible for activity in your session and for keeping devices and account credentials secure. Provide accurate information, do not share or sell access, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. AI output and advice

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, repetitive, outdated, or unsuitable. It may not be unique. You must review output before relying on, publishing, or acting on it.

SayAll does not provide legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice. Do not rely on output for emergencies or high-impact decisions. Seek a qualified professional where appropriate.

6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for your prompts, your use of output, and compliance with applicable law. You must not use SayAll to do or assist any of the following:

• Break the law, facilitate illegal activity, or violate another person’s rights.
• Create sexual content involving a minor or a person whose age is ambiguous.
• Request sexual exploitation, trafficking, incest, bestiality, sexual violence, or non-consensual sexual material.
• Sexually depict, impersonate, or abuse a real person, including through deepfakes or intimate content.
• Threaten, harass, exploit, defraud, stalk, dox, or invade another person’s privacy.
• Generate malware, steal credentials, compromise systems, or evade safeguards.
• Spam, interfere with SayAll, abuse automated access, or bypass access, payment, rate, network, school, workplace, regional, device, or safety controls.

7. Adult-content boundaries

Lawful fictional adult themes and roleplay may be supported. Every sexualized character must be explicitly described as an adult, and consent must be part of the fictional scenario. Content involving minors, age ambiguity, coercion, exploitation, illegal sexual material, or sexual depiction or impersonation of a real person is prohibited.

8. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant SayAll a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

SayAll does not claim ownership of AI output solely because it was generated through the service. We do not guarantee that output is copyrightable, unique, accurate, or non-infringing. You are responsible for checking rights before public or commercial use.

9. Credits, payments, and refunds

The pricing page and checkout show current Credit costs and offers. Current Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. A hosted payment provider processes the transaction, and purchased Credits are added after payment confirmation.

Credits are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold. Free daily Credits expire under the current product rules. Purchased Credits currently do not expire. Except where law requires otherwise or SayAll expressly approves a refund, purchases are final. Failed or cancelled generations follow the current Credit-refund rules shown in the product or Help pages.

10. Suspension and termination

We may investigate suspected abuse and limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service, enforce these Terms, address fraud or security risks, respond to law, or manage availability. Serious or urgent risks may require immediate action.

11. Third-party services

SayAll relies on third-party technology and services. Their availability and policies are outside our complete control. A third-party checkout, sign-in flow, or linked site may also be governed by that provider’s terms.

12. Availability and changes

We may add, remove, limit, or change features, providers, limits, or prices. The service may be interrupted or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, retention of every conversation, or continued access to a particular output.

13. Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SayAll is provided “as is” and “as available.” SayAll and its suppliers disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and quiet enjoyment. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SayAll and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Their total aggregate liability for service-related claims will not exceed the amount you paid to SayAll during the 12 months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply where law prohibits them.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify SayAll and its operators, personnel, and suppliers against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your content, your distribution of output, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by SayAll’s own unlawful conduct.

16. Law and disputes

No exclusive contractual choice of law or forum is made in this version. Applicable law and forum will be determined under ordinary jurisdiction rules, including mandatory consumer protections. Before formal proceedings, contact support@sayall.ai with a concise description of the dispute and the result you seek.

17. General terms and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date and additional notice where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the service unless a separate written agreement applies.
