How SayAll Credits Work: Free Credits, Pricing and Expiration
A factual guide to SayAll Guest Credits, registered daily Credits, response charges, expiration, refunds, and one-time Credit-pack purchases.

Free and purchased Credits follow different rules
A SayAll Credit is the current unit used to pay for one text response request. Free and purchased Credits share that unit, but their eligibility and expiration rules differ.
The balance is easier to understand when it is separated by source: a one-time Guest allowance, a daily registered allowance, and optional purchased Credit packs.

Usage
Know when a Credit is charged or refunded
SayAll charges 1 Credit when a text response request is accepted. The result of the request determines whether that charge remains or is restored.
- Completed responseThe response finishes and the 1-Credit charge remains.
- Service failureThe request fails before completion and SayAll refunds the Credit to the original balance source.
- User cancellationThe charge remains when you cancel a response, even if the response ends early.
- Insufficient balanceSayAll does not start a new response when there are not enough Credits for the request.
The rule applies to a response request, not to the number of words in the reply. A short answer and a longer completed answer currently use the same 1-Credit charge.
Pricing
Check expiration before choosing a Credit source
Registered daily Credits are designed for current-day use. Their window follows UTC rather than the user's local midnight, and unused daily Credits do not roll into the next UTC day.
When more usage is needed, registered users can choose from the one-time packs currently returned by the Billing Catalog. The available amount, currency, price, and terms can change, so the live Pricing page and checkout offer remain the sources of truth.
AccountCredit-pack purchases require a registered SayAll account.
RenewalCurrent packs are one-time purchases and do not start automatic renewal.
ConfirmationPurchased Credits appear only after SayAll verifies the finished payment.
RefundsPurchases are final except where law requires otherwise or SayAll expressly approves a refund.
Planning
Estimate usage without inventing a fixed monthly cost
One-time Credits are useful when chat frequency changes from month to month and you do not want automatic renewal. A recurring plan can be easier to budget when usage is predictable, but SayAll's current public Credit packs do not require a subscription.
Prompt quality cannot guarantee a perfect response, but a clear request can reduce avoidable retries. Include the relevant context, the decision you need help with, constraints, and the desired output format in one focused prompt.
Do not buy based on an old article screenshot or a copied price. Review the live offer before checkout and keep the purchase reference until the Credits appear.
